Brooches are crafted from textiles, Japanese papers, photos, metallic thread, beads & other embellishments. Every year I enjoy participating in the 'Brooching the Subject' exhibitions at Timeless Textiles Gallery in Newcastle, such a diverse collection of unusual & beautiful brooches are on display.
